Anyone ever wonder what happens when Serena and Venus williams play each other in a grand slam event?
Anyone ever wonder if the outcome was ever predetermined? While in their prime they used to almost take turns winning. Maybe that was the best way for the family to stay intact.
Its such a wonderful phenom to have had two sisters with such ability.
This is not about them but in the stable of athletes in the Lebron controlled agency by which CP3 is a client of Lebrons funded agency.
ANd if CP3 and Melo should end up on the knicks, and in the conf. finals would it be predetermined that the Heat would progress with a future IOU if it ever happend again?
I know many think the league has a predetermined favorites to gain best tv ratings and if the players took control is it any different. But does two wrongs make a right, and if collusion takes place is the game just as corrupt as if they were on the take, or a Ref for that matter?
Seems like Lebron and Carter are power hungry and want league domination.
Kudos to the players to have ecnomic might and get paid but the owners are the true proprieters of the league. They put up the money, they eat the deficets, they put capital at risk.
I used to argue Jordan was worth every penny of the 30 mil he made because of his drawing power in prime time. If Seinfeld was worth it, so was Mike. Reinsdorf broke that team up because he was not making money basically was able to "sell high". They had some nice assets to rebuild but dropped the ball. Eddy and Tyson was a nice idea, just did not work!
My point is would the players not dilute the competitive nature of the game if the players have too many "family ties"?
