Anyone ever wonder what happens when Serena and Venus williams play each other in a grand slam event?

Anyone ever wonder if the outcome was ever predetermined? While in their prime they used to almost take turns winning. Maybe that was the best way for the family to stay intact.

Its such a wonderful phenom to have had two sisters with such ability.

This is not about them but in the stable of athletes in the Lebron controlled agency by which CP3 is a client of Lebrons funded agency.

ANd if CP3 and Melo should end up on the knicks, and in the conf. finals would it be predetermined that the Heat would progress with a future IOU if it ever happend again?

I know many think the league has a predetermined favorites to gain best tv ratings and if the players took control is it any different. But does two wrongs make a right, and if collusion takes place is the game just as corrupt as if they were on the take, or a Ref for that matter?

Seems like Lebron and Carter are power hungry and want league domination.

Kudos to the players to have ecnomic might and get paid but the owners are the true proprieters of the league. They put up the money, they eat the deficets, they put capital at risk.

I used to argue Jordan was worth every penny of the 30 mil he made because of his drawing power in prime time. If Seinfeld was worth it, so was Mike. Reinsdorf broke that team up because he was not making money basically was able to "sell high". They had some nice assets to rebuild but dropped the ball. Eddy and Tyson was a nice idea, just did not work!

My point is would the players not dilute the competitive nature of the game if the players have too many "family ties"?

The sports world was always dominated by ownership and I'm not cryin for them anytime soon. In terms of competition it's hard to right now cuz only one team has been setup by the players. Now if CP3 and Melo orchestrated a similar situation we'd still have to wait and see how things played out in the playoffs in order to make any conclusions on the effects of all this.

Ha!!!!!

I need "conspiricay music" and those questions.........

Why did Lebron go to CP3s kids birthday party in Winston Salem NC while he was in the middle of "the decision"? Who else was at that party?

What is the real meaning of CP3? Take the letters, turn them upside down, reverse, convert to chinese character then convert to Russian, uppy duppy then to latin and back to english it translates: "Lebrons Bitch Tosses salad!" Why would it say that?

Is Chris Paul related to Mrs. Paul?

Smells Fishy!

What about Mrs. Jones? Jones=James? Gloria James?

What about Dolans connections to the Bush Administration and that FEMA, owned by Cablevision dragged its feet to weaken New Orleans and if so, then the HOrnets are weakend, and having a lower cash flow disables Hornets to keep a cometitive team around him?

Why did Lebron put PCP into Delonte's gatorade and tell him to deliver the "guitar cases" to his mother?

Would CP3 be instructed to not beat the knicks to make his "Don" look bad?

Don't believe that players would do this kind of thing- too much pride, but I do think that Stern should look into players controlling agencies that other players sign with. I can see there being conflicts of interest, and the kind of conniving that we recently saw with Wade, Bosh, Riley, and James (Yeah- James was deliberately mentioned last.)makes you think that similar things may take place in the future.

To be honest, and I know it would be great for the Knicks so I'll be yelled at by some folks around here, I did not like Paul and Anthony talking about creating their own uber-team on the Knicks- especially since Paul has 2 years left in his contract, and Melo is not a FA, either. If I am going to be critical of what the evil triad did in going to the Heat, I have to say the same thing about what Paul and Anthony may be doing.

When this kind of activity is discussed so openly, it kind of takes the shine off what GM's are able to do in shrewd trades or wise draft choices. It also makes the small markets less viable, creating the uber team. I like a good game, not a slaughter

Actually was talking about Playa in his capacity as the UK's version of Mel Gibson in Conspiracy Theory, though. He is more than just a believer in the "community choice" conspiracy.

...But yeah, you have to watch out what you say sometimes because it can be taken the wrong way.

Got Star max players wanting the big money and gets it.

Then they DEMAND to be surrounded by players otherwise they want out. This devalues the season ticket holders, devalues their trade ability and the nature of their contracts. Holding franchises hostages and thinking your above the league and the ownership structure will not be a good thing long term.

Lebrons public Tweet to paul for him to do whats right for him and his family over a franchise seems very telling. The franchise provided multigenerational wealth for players like Paul and he should live up to his contract. when over, he can leave. Nobody put a gun to his head. He reupped for the max. If he wanted out, he could have left a few years ago.

Seems like once a player gets his money THEN "winning" becomes the priority. Especially when your new BFF and his Hack advisor is wispering in your ear.

Its wrong for a company owned by Lebron to profit from Chris Paul. The HOrnets owners and fans gain misery after supporting Paul to profit Lebron. When Paul resigned with the HOrnets he became its franchise player and should live up to that responsability.

Putting money in Lebrons pocket, That is just plain wrong!!!!!!
