I think that Wade was the guy with the original idea- he then mentioned something to Riley about his plan, and Riley said something like:

My favorite name for the Trio is 3LW. Surely you remember that cute little girl group:

i remember that group. cute but not as good looking as 702 back then. lol. dont mean to be a pervert but the one girl from 3lw was nude in "notorious" and it was a thing of beauty. lol.
