Does anyone know the starting 5 for Washington and who comes off the bench for them?

My educated guess is Whitney-Hamilton-Jordan-Laettner-Brown. But I could be wrong of course.

I think they'll go with the 5 that knicksbabyyeah suggested, meaning the ball-handling duties are shared between MJ, Hamilton and Alexander, with Ty Lue and Whitney coming in off the bench.

It'll be interesting to see how Kwame Brown does in his first NBA game.

Thoughts:

Whitney is a pretty average pg, I think Jackson should have the edge on him.

"Rip" and Alexander certainly have lots of talent, but can they utilize it fully? They still are very inconsistent IMO. They could be great, could be horrible. Houston will need to bring it on both ends.

THE mathcup = Latrell vs. Michael. I have faith in Spree's "D".

In the middle, I think they'll have Laettner, Brown and White rotating. Laettner is not much of a banger, but we'll need to guard his outside shot. Yesterday I watched a video of the '99-01 game against the Pistons (Camby scored 22) and Christian torched us for 30 points. He was knocking down shots all over the shop. We can't afford to leave him open tonight!

Well there are my brief thoughts. You guys tell me yours...

I think it's important for our team not focus on Jordan defensively because he can find the open man. Let Spree guard him one-on-one and if Houston is not knocking his shots get him on the bench and put Shandon Anderson on. Give Othella lots of minutes and make him post, we've gotta go to the line!
