Nate and Boston are reportedly discussing a contract. He has no bird rights because of the trade so he'd have to get the minimum which is essentially what he's worth.


LOL @ Marbs and Francis. Maybe Jalen Rose wants to come out of retirement.

Honestly though look for Iverson to consider the Heat next.

its going to be interesting and fun to watch. Its going to be scary also. They will have a motivated Lebron playing with a chip on his shoulder and if he takes a backseat he could actually average close to a triple double. He's the guy who will make that motor work. If he gets unnerved the whole thing comes apart imo.

It adds some juice to the NBA. The regular season has simply blown for so long. Every Miami game will be good because every team is going to want to knock them off.

I still think the Shaq/Kobe teams were better. Best closer in the NBA and best big man in the NBA (maybe ever). They didnt win every year...

I guess Wade is playing PG and Miller gets the SF spot? Good signing then, they have T-Mac and Chalmers to backup 1-2-3, just need to get a couple of C's and a backup PF. They better hope nobody gets hurt thought.

shaq goes for 5 to mess with kobe... i can see ai going there. all these current and former egos must == riles as coach at some point. i cant see the current lil guy surviving or being able to deal with all these egos.

Tmac and AI are gonna sign with miami, and mmarbury wull come from china and play Pg, shaq plays the 5, goes down, and jerome james gets signed to a 10day contract plays well. Isaiah thomas becomes NETS GM, and signs him in the next offseason, trading away brooke lopez. AND Dolan hangs BLUEPRINT FOR DISASTER billboard outside of brooklyn

I did hear during the summer league broadcasts that McGrady is working out with Tim Grover and has looked good. I am not sure that he can ever come back from his injuries but if he does it is a good signing for them. I don't think he fits with what the Knicks are building with this roster anyway.

Wait, how did Nate lose his bird rights on the trade? Bird rights usually carry over if the player is traded.

Wishing everyone well. I enjoyed posting here for a while, but as I matured I realized this forum isn't for me. We all evolve. Thanks for the memories everyone.

Players always look good working out with Tim grover before the season starts. Just take a look at Eddy Curry time with us so far and Quentin Richardson's stint with the Knicks.
