another elite player who cant look at diff players and follow how/why they dont have the same competitive fire/desire/work ethic/etc to succeed. sees what he thinks **should** be talents that match what he sees in himself and they just arent able to or never were able to do what it takes.


at least thats what i think his main problem is.

I am so grateful to have Walsh in here. I know his 2 years havent been perfect, but you have to look at a GMs body of work. He took a bloated roster with huge contracts and players that had no right being on the same roster together and cleaned it out in 2 years. Now we are rebuilt around a 26 year old PG and 27 year old elite frontcourt player. We have 2 great 6'10+ young players who havent hit 22 yet. We have depth, youth, good contracts, future cap flexibility and a roster with huge upside that should make the playoffs next year. First time in close to 10 years I am excited about this team while I am sober.

That trade makes zero sense for both teams. Why would Dallas want Chandler when they just gave Haywood a big contract?

Chandler has a big expiring contract. I would have looked hard at a deal for him if it was low cost. He's always hurt, but man.. an Amare/Chandler frontcourt with Gallo/AR at the 3 is quite formidible
