After these 3 bithces all decided to sleep together I have to believe that the remaining stars in the
league are thinking the only way to win it all is to team up!!

You cant offer one guy 25 million or 30 or 40 like it used to be..... Cleveland should of been aloud to pay Lebron
just like the Bulls had the right to pay Jordan.

This is a new era for the NBA players....They can't make so much more money staying put so switching teams is
and will be the new trend. Unless collective bargaining changes things this year. ( Believe its a must)

Can you imagine what Melo and Cp3 are thinking right now? Melo has to want to win it all.... He shows it
every year..... After winning it all with Syracuse can he possibly be happy finishing second or third? Can
he believe that the Nuggets can compete? Can he really feel secure just taking extra money and staying in Denver?
He is an east coast boy...... Getting married to a NYer here soon........ Can't he envision playing along Gallo and
Amare? He must want to compete and stop the lame three!! Is he talking to CP3 as we speak? Saying something like
Hey Chris we can't go out like this...... NY has a great base lets take a little less each and beat these bitches
down!!

Is it possible? Can we get both?

Does Anthony Randolph play so well in this system that he gets us Melo?

Felton Turiaf and picks flipped for CP3?

Think at deadline the Stars will align again!!

But this time in NY!!

Where the Stars are brighter!

KNICKS on the way UP!!!

I agree with the article and I think Lebron James was Anakin Skywalker who turned to the dark side as Obi Wan said " you were supposed to be the chosen one". Carmelo is Luke Skywalker the new and possibly last hope.

The owners are meeting on Monday to discuss the new CBA. My guess is that this topic will be addressed and steps will be taken to prevent monopolizing the market, the talent, and keeping the league competitive.

what picks? best chance we'd have at getting CP3 is offering a package of Felton, Gallo & AR (probably our only chance)

The 2014 pick. That is the next pick the Knicks are allowed to trade.

exactly my point... no teams are trading us their franchise stars (at least willingly) for picks 4 years down the road.

Didn't Miami just trade like.. their 2013 and 2015 picks for one of those guys?

lol @ being BANNED by Martin since 11/07/10 (for asking if Mr. Earl had a point). Really, Martin? C'mon. This is the internet. I've seen much worse on this site. By Earl himself. Drop the hypocrisy.

Yes they did. Some people just don't know what they're talking about, but love to hear themselves talk.

no need for cheap shots, if you disagree then present your reasons... CLE had no choice but to take what they could get for Lebron, he told them he was leaving... don't make this out to be like they had this worked out & it was a fair & equitable trade for all parties... maybe instead of hearing yourself talk maybe you can present some counterpoints to spur discussion?

In this system playing with Amare, Randolph, Gallo, Chandler, Azubuike. Felton can average 10 plus assist a game. Felton didn't really have that much offensive talent on the bobcats especially in terms of big men. Amare is going to be the best by far the best offensive big man he has ever played with. Guys like Gallo, Randolph, Chandler, Azubukie, Douglas, Walker give him a nice overall lineup to run and gun with.

If Felton can pad up his assist off the Pick and Roll with Amare and Randolph. Or drive and dish with Gallo,Azubukie,Walker,Douglas, most importantly we win games. Then Felton can hold real good value by seasons end.

Why rush. he will just sign with us next year and Nuggets will get nothing (like Cliv or Toronto).
Or they can try get something from us before deadline... Then we will see were we are at...

first of all I want to build a team the right way..

second, I hate these guys are friends, I wish they all screwed each others woman and punched the others moms in the face.. maybe then these guys will have a hatred for one another... A healthy competitive hatred will be fine, but I will settle for any kind of hatred right now.. LOL

Bird didn't like magic at first, Jordan hated Isiah, knicks hated reggie miller... All of this was good for the NBA. these guys are getting paid millions to beat the other guys, and these clowns want to play footsies and make friends...

I despise it!!!!!!!!!!!

Then F'em. What's with this fire sale. Another guy coming off of major surgery and everybody's ready to gut the team for him

i think Felton's numbers can be very good in this system playing with Amare just like you said... i'm just not convinced the roster as currently constructed will net us as many wins as we would have hoped this team could achieve after 2 years of sucking under DW's regime... i really expected us to become a legitimate contender after this summer... all the moves towards gaining cap space to acquire 2 superstar players & we end up getting 1, i'm just not sold on our prospects this season... i think we'll be a #8 seed if we're lucky... these guys still have to get used to playing together & building some form of chemistry... we'll see if MDA's coaching ability is up to the task this season & gets them to play over their heads.

the point is anyone who's looking to land a CP3 in a trade this year has to be willing to give up those kinds of assets... i been hearing some guys coming out with this delusional talk about how the Hornets would consider giving us their franchise star for Eddy Curry's expiring, Wilson Chandler & 2 second round picks all summer... it's ridiculous.
