I think they need someone to back up Mutombo more than anything. someone who is athletic and can block shots. We already have Othella, he plays hard and can post up but he can't play center for Deke.

Anyone see him give Dirk and Antoine fits when they tried to post him on switchs? I was really impressed by that. He fought them so hard they just kind of gave up. This kid is the goods

Etan Thomas would be good. WAS to NYK? nah... they want Etan too.

Jahidi White is available... for Othella Harrington AND Doleac. Would we want to do that? Not unless they gave us back some of our 1st rounders.

I'd rather have a long athletic shot blocker who can also board. A healthy Camby would fit the bill. Of course a post up player would be great but they're such a rare breed I doubt we could get one.

it would be nice to get another NY native, but i dont think WASH would give him up for just othella and doleac. but i dont know what else we could offer.

Kurt THomas fits that description pretty good we need an ATHLETIC front court player... deke, othella, kurt, doleac, all solid.. none athletic

Yes, exactly.

and post players are hard to find so I don't think we should put too much emphasis on needing one unless we go Duncan, Shaq, Garnett or Cwebb, or Brandwhich isn't happening. Maybe in the Off-season we can go after Jermaine O'neal or Elton Brand but for now our team will be vastly improved by simply added an athletic intimidator.
