![]() I don't know too much about Randolph, but it seems like he could be a very nice player to have on the roster.
However, if I could turn him into Tony Parker right now, or Carmelo in February, I think I would have to do it. Our team needs a top PG to compete. Parker + Stoudamire + Gallo and a filled-out roster makes our team competitive right now. The PG hole is huge and must be filled to maximize the success of Amare and the rest of our team. Also I'm not feeling Livingston. |

I wouldn't trade Randolph for Parker or Melo to the extent I was certain I could have them for free next year. Randolph is the type of player that could turn this team into a championship squad (the way a young Rondo was able to grow into such an important part of the Celtics). Now that the Miami Mice are off the market, Gallo and Randolph are untouchable as far as I am concerned. Chandler, Buike, Turiaf, Douglas, Walker, Rautins, Fields and Jordan could be available in any deal for those two, but I'd like to keep Randolph and Gallo together. The way I look at it, the benefit of getting those two this year is the ability to use the MLE this year. I think Randolph could be worth a lot more than an MLE player. You know I gonna spin wit it

![]() D'antoni will play him and build his stock and then he's probably gone in the Melo deal and I don't have any problem with that. Every war has it's casualties and we are about to go to war with Miami it ain't over it's just started.
