Who else is out there, though...perhaps Livingston?
We might just be able to have some success with splitting time between Douglas and Ridnour.
Ridnour played a big roll with Milwaukee last year, he was not sulking on the bench while Jennings got all the press and glory. During the part of the year when Jennings was putting up terrible numbers, Ridnour was getting good minutes and producing.
He is not the answer, but he can be a piece of the solution until we can get someone permanently, or Douglas shows he has what it takes.
As for Felton, his shooting numbers improved, signficantly, if I remember correctly, last year. Did he do something to improve his shooting, or was it just a temporary statistical bump?
I was not able to see the series, but I also recall reading that he was completely toyed with by Nelson in the playoffs. Did anyone see this?
If any of the above 3 say they would come here, then it is up to MDA to decide who he feels he would like running the show. We missed the ball taking Duhon, although after seeing Sessions play during the year, I can't say we really missed out on anything by not signing him.
I would like a guy who can also play some perimeter D, if that is possible, something Duhon could not do for most of his time here.
All things being equal, who Walsh goes out to get is MDA's call, IMO.
