Yes - he also called upon Anucha, Larry Brown, Stephon & the intern. They told LeBron all about the awesome times they had at MSG.

Isiah helped Donnie get Amar'e. So I guess they felt Isiah could help them get Lebron.

LOL! I can't believe after two years of talking about getting away from Zeke. The Knicks brain trust said Isiah was our last hope. You got to be kidding me. What was MDA brought here for?

No and I guess it factored in on Lebron's camp. Apparently they are close with Isiah.

That's sad. Dolan is an idiot. A failure like Isiah was gonna help the Knicks?

They even appeared to take subtle shots at James' decision not to play in New York. When Garden Chairman James Dolan spoke about Stoudemire's signing, he said: "It takes courage to play where the lights shine the brightest."

I just realized that that sounds like the cast to a wacky sitcom about a bunch of people stuck on a dessert island together...

It just shows you how discombobulated the Knicks are. And if it gives anyoen satisfaction--it's good to hear that Dolan was crying like a btch.

Dude it is extremely sad on all parties including Lebron and his camp. But yeah Dolan looks like a fool.

In all honesty, there may not be a better pitch man for NY. The guys is a con artist with $ million smile. If the man the entire fanbase hates says "I love NY!!!" that has to resonate

(or am I just grasping at straws?)

Isiah is still a well liked NBA great. He may have failed here, but he wasn't damned for life just cuz he didn't win here. He tried to do what Dolan wanted. Let's not forget that he has been useful as a draft scout for this team and he and DW are still close. I see no reason why not use everyone at your disposal to try and convince Lebron.

welp, if we had isiah i don't know how we could have lost...

i'm seriously betting that dolan heard stephen a smith say that the knicks fell behind in the chase and should have used isiah on the pitch... and then at the last minute panicked and tried it. what a loser.

the knicks are losers because our owner is a loser. it starts at the top. hard to overcome.

Nothing wrong with this honestly. Just shows they threw everything at LeBron, including a kitchen sink named Isiah Thomas.

This is like the last season of 24. When President Taylor seeked help from the lying scumbag President Logan. Where is Jack? H2O?
