Certainly it can't be JUST about winning. It would be terrible for the east and for the NBA in general to have those three guys together on the same team. I don't think they will win the chips because they won't have any OTHER good players. I think it would be a big fail.

But it's still just wrong to concentrate that much elite talent on a single team. It would be MUCH better for the league to have rivalries (like Alonzo and Tim vs. Ewing and co., or Jordan and Pippen, or Reggie and the bros...)

I think LeBron knows this. He has a sense of rivalry. He has a massive ego too and i can't see him following Bosh and Wade to Miami.

My thoughts exactly. Another reason why I believe LBJ to Miami is not happening.
I even believe the invisible hand of Stern may get involved.

I can't see it happening. It would be an incredible combination, but someone's stats are going to take a bit of a dive (Wade) and someone's stats are going to get completely trashed (Bosh). I think all three players are too vain to really let this happen. Would Wade want to be a 20 ppg per scorer and Bosh be a 12 ppg scorer? I could be wrong, but I can't see it.
Wishing everyone well. I enjoyed posting here for a while, but as I matured I realized this forum isn't for me. We all evolve. Thanks for the memories everyone.

Riley could force the league to change the rules again. Remember handchecking and defense was essentially taken out of the game because of how Riley and the Knicks played.
I agree that having a touring all star team would be horrible and would set the league back. This really shouldn't happen. Too bad Wade didn't follow his heart and play in Chicago.

I remember 96. When the Knicks thought they had gotten Howard to come to the Knicks and Riley pulled one of his midnight meetings to get him but the league wouldn't let Howard sign because of his paperwork wasn't in order. That was pure Stern payback.

Wade is Batman, Bosh is Robin so that means Lebron would the Catwoman? Or may be Two-face?
