While, that lends some credence to the LeBron to the Heat crowd, there are too many indicators that he's a Knick.

I think it's a travesty that they waited so long to make a decision like this...It's a joke and not fair to every GM around the league....For instance with us, maybe now Donnie could've purchased that late 1st round pick w/o any cap ramifications if he had known he had a little more cap room to work with...Horrible decision by the league to wait until July 7th on this..I decision on this should've been made a long time ago..F'in league man...

the moratorium week from july 1 to july 8th is so they can do the very complicated math and get the books right and set the cap.

they're taking in revenue right up to the end of the nba draft, how can they set it before that?
