He's not sharing the LBJ to NYC excitement, sounding very angry right here, with LBJ to the Knicks being his most evil outcome.

These writers from other cities have been hatin on NY the entire 2 yrs. They never wanted to give this franchise any chance of landing Lebron, even suggesting we'd be shutout!!! I mean really? With equal or more cap space as the other teams, there's no way they could see how NY was a desired destination? Come on. The one thing that has stopped us in the last 10 yrs has been a lack of money to actually compete with the other teams.

As for our roster, that's something we can fix over the course of the next season. They know we have Curry's contract expiring which IMO gave us an advantage over many teams that could certainly show more talent right now but had few options to improve further after this. We know we can continue to improve and that's a 2nd big plus. If Lebron comes here this team will be at the top of the East with Orlando, Miami and Boston.

wojo is a new york area sportswriter from jersey..he was more of a football guy than basketball..i also enjoyed him on barney miller in the 70's

There is substantial actual reporting in the article, but a ton of straight hate as well. He turns a corner and unleashes directly on LBJ in this article. Why so much hate? I don't get it. And yeah, he's from NJ. Maybe he's a frustrated Nets fan.

He caught a reflection of himself and self actualized with self disgust that he is the entity by which he thought he was above. HE is the whore of media.

He was paid for his work and now feels the gritty film of man trout upon his brow, the film of unknow mucus on his teeth, the tart smell upoin his breath, the distraction of a lodged pubic hair in his teeth, a pearl necklace around his neck, a burning sensation in his loins, and an unknown ache where he sits.

He sits and questions his existance.

He has been taken and worn. THe dreams of Pulitzer are gone. Instead he rinses his ambitions with listerine. Where once he thought they'd line up to hear him read, they now surround him with a male salute called the "Circle Jerk", and where "oscars" once were dreamed of, now Hampsters are extracted.

Its a long way down when your a journalist. Hitch your cart to the alpha dog only to see his ass.

Wojo is an idiot. His writing on LBJ has been agenda driven from the start. Consider that on Friday he reported the Knicks F..'d up the Presentation like bumbling fools and that the Nets delivered a HomeRun. He based this apparently on inside "sources" as well as on the testimony coming directly from the Nets camp. No journalistic integrity...no verification....just blabbing what he heard. Further, it was curious that no where else was their similar testimonials regarding the Knicks presentation...it all originated from Wojo. Nor were their any strong comments from the LBJ camp regarding any other team's presentation. This speaks of either an agenda on Wojo's part or the fact that he was "played" and was too stupid to realize it.

Then he makes matters worse. He continues on his Knick-Bashing crusade. Going out of his way in every article and Yahoo post to state that the Knicks are Dead or the Knicks are far behind or an afterthought in the LBJ chase. All coming from so called sources inside the LBJ camp. He is the Lapdog for whoever was feeding him this info and nothing more. Wojo was just after the glory...and now might very well be burned.
