Will all the pro-Wilkens posters give Lenny a pass if he doesn't make the playoffs this year?

If yes please give your reason. Remember the talent level on the knicks when you do.
JAMES DOLAN on Isiah : He's a good friend of mine and of the organization and I will continue to solicit his views. He will always have strong ties to me and the team.

I'm definetly pro Lenny, but no playoffs would mean a failure because if such is the case we should have waited till the offseason to hire a coach, possibly a better one then Lenny.
A glimmer of hope maybe?!?

it would be inexcusable for this team not to make the playoffs.

I think he will make the playoffs despite the HUGE HOLE that Layden and Chaney got this team into.

Not only that but thier plyoff run will make the fans actually look forward to next season.

Great point....but it would've been harder to dismiss Chaney after making the playoffs. Chaney was the last link, not the weakest, to finish what Knick fans wanted on the player side..REBUILDING!

My take on this is Lenny will take the Knicks to the playoffs especailly since the East look more like Junior Varsity League. My concern is what happens after we make the playoffs and how far will we go???

Making the playoffs just to get knocked out in the 1st round won't mean a damn thing.. I guess it would mean something now cause the pick we gave Phoenix isn't Lottery protected so it looks like we need to make the Playoffs...

I voted 'NO' cos it would be a huge disappointment not making the playoffs. But I'm positive we will!

I am gonna go with No, I think since we are only 3 games out of the race Lenny has more than enough time to get this crew winning and into the Playoffs. In fact, he has enough time to get this squad a decent seed because the East is so weak. If he cant perform now with a roster that is decent (barring any injuries) then he won't ever be able to.

I think he can pull it off and I have my fingers crossed - not as a Lenny fan but as a Knicks fan. Lets get to the playoffs!
