I compare this whole Isiah thing to the movie Scarface:

cut to the scene where Chaney is on his knees begging Isiah for his job, gun pointed to his head...

"I aint gonna fire you....Mark Aguirre, shoot dat piece oh ****"

Then Brendan Malone sits back in his chair like, "I told him Isiah, he just wouldnt listen.."

"Jou too, Brendan...jou ****ed up too. Maybe now jou can punch youself one of those first class tickets to a radio gig..."

After gunning down Malone, Isiah starts to walk away... Aguirre chimes in...

"What about Herb?"

Herb Williams, brow soaked with sweat, stands motionless awaiting his fate ...

"Jou want a job?"
"...sittin on more dubs than Lenny Wilkins" - Joe Budden

LOL.. Hahah, this would be a movie I would buy... We need to call zeke, little Nicky, after Nicky in the movie casino played by Joe pesci...LOL...
