Frankly, at this stage, the main reason I want LeBron to come to NY is to see the ESPN fools stumbling and bumbling over how they saw this coming. Of course they will take all the credit, despite ALL of them saying Chicago, Chicago, Chicago for weeks now.

Truth is, the guys who say LeBron is coming dont know what theyre talking about. The guys who say LeBron isnt coming dont know what theyre talking about. Donnie, Dolan, Prokhorov, Stern, Thorn, Thibs, Riley, Maverick, Wes, none of them know what theyre talking about.

Only one guy knows.

And he aint teliing yet.

Which...well, has been a point I've been trying to make for some time.

Scan it for the hell of it but don't take anything you read as fact and then rush to post about it.

It's all hogwash until any of these guys sign an actual contract.

Why anyone is taking the media accounts of these situations as fact is beyond logic.

This is the summer that should prove to EVERYONE that these bloggers (who consider themselves professional sports journalists) are no better than any one of us starting a topic on a message board.

My gripe isn't that they've been saying he might go to Chicago, it's the fact that they've been actively promoting and pushing it, and then in the past few weeks started actively promoting and pushing the Nets (which if you look at the reality of their situation is an absolute joke- I'm sorry, but if Lebron signs there he is an absolute fool!), whilst trying to completely bury the Knicks. It just seems like they have an agenda. If you look at each teams situation, and I know I'm biased, but the Knicks I think is one of the best- certainly better than the Nets, and probably better than the Bulls (their roster doesn't complement James, they have no shooters, their owner is CHEAP, Jordans legacy will overshadow him- again I think he'd be foolish to sign there). I can understand him staying in Cleveland, but if he's leaving I personally don't see the allure with the Bulls or Nets.

Yeah, I too want him to come to NY just so they can all eat s***! Just for once! The worst thing about the past 10 years is that they've done all of these anti-knick stories and treated us like a joke BUT have been proved right by our performance nearly every time! I just want it to stop!

Broussard is now talking about NYK constantly on his segment. He not only says "New York is very much in the mix" for Lebron, he says that Wade is also in consideration for the Knicks.

He's totally out of the loop on the alien thing. Lebron's inner circle is still debating whether he should play for Mars. The aliens have given a deadline of July 8, after which they will vaporize the earth if LeBron is not sent to Mars to play for the "Red Sphinx" expansion team.

Obama and other world leaders have contacted LeBron, urging him to accept the offer.

The current sticking point revolved around so-called "anal probes". When the aliens revealed themselves to world leaders at a special meeting of the U.N. security council, they confirmed their need to perform anal probes on human subjects. LeBron has steadfastly refused to accede to any anal probes. One plan would involve having a member of LeBron's entourage (Maverick Carter's name was mentioned) act as a "stand in" for LeBron, receiving the probes in his place.
