Miller's probably the better fit for this system... but these are guys we shouldn't even be talking about until we see what happens with the big names... these are guys you target AFTER u get the guy you want to build around, not before.

Do we really need a guy like Miller/Morrow ?

How about a gritty James Posey kind of player, or a Derek Fisher type of guy ?

WTF

I like both guys but I dont know how we bring in either when we use our cap space on Amare and Lebron.

Miller is a smart, efficient playmaker. Morrow just shoots 3's. Miller it is.

I have always liked Miller and he is a smart vet. He is the kind of guy that D'Antoni needs.

I'm not a fan of Miller- considering he's meant to be such a good shooter, his scoring averages over his career have been pretty poor (bar one year in Memphis). This is because he is ridiculously reluctant to shoot- not a good trait you want from a shooter. I remember the Twolves begging him to shoot more, but he lacked confidence in his shot. In fact he seems to go through these stretches of no-confidence, which indicates he might not be able to make it in New York. I like his rebounding numbers and assists, but he is very injury prone and there's something about him that I just don't trust as a good signing. However I think he only gets signed as plan c or d along with a point guard- there's no way he comes if we signed James, simply because we couldn't afford him. Donnie said in the latest post article that if we fail super star wise this off season then we have to at least sign some role players. Morrow is a bit too inconsistent for my liking, but if you can get him cheap maybe- but again I lack trust in that signing too!

Neither if we're still in this FA race...But yeah, definitely Morrow over Mike Miller if it came down to it -- Morrow's 5 years younger.

Neither. I don't want wasted cap space unless it's required because LeBron or Wade requests it to join the Knicks.
Wishing everyone well. I enjoyed posting here for a while, but as I matured I realized this forum isn't for me. We all evolve. Thanks for the memories everyone.

My guess is that Miller is only in the equation because he is supposedly friends with LBJ. Knicks are most likely floating Miller out there to further entice Lebron. At $6 mill ++ I'd pass on Miller w/o Lebron.
