He can play center and would be great for us but we dont have the assets to acquire him.

We have to look at the package deals of Arenas+Mcgee or Ellis+Biedrens. Straight salary dump status.

Minny is interested in Lee and talking to him this weekend about signing him outright. Lee would probably prefer a S&T to get that 6th year. I wonder if we might be able to swing a deal for Rubio's rights and Jefferson for Lee and Chandler.

Any thoughts on this? Would it mess up our ability to sign two max guys?

You're using the cap space we opened to pay Al Jefferson as one of your Max guys.

So now there would be one max spot left.

lol @ being BANNED by Martin since 11/07/10 (for asking if Mr. Earl had a point). Really, Martin? C'mon. This is the internet. I've seen much worse on this site. By Earl himself. Drop the hypocrisy.

Why would we want Rubio's rights? The guys probably just gonna stay in Europe, like Vujanic.

he's coming after next year. If he was drafted higher he would have come right away but his buyout was too large, he also wants to play for NY/MDA.

Getting Rubio for Lee in a S&T would be a coup

I remember luring on the realgm memphis board and they often said he was allergic to defense. Other than we NY plays them, I don't watch any minnesota game so, I can't say one way or the other

the fact that you can't even have an unrelated thread without some tool here bringing him up make me think that rational minds are few and far between. Bunch of emotionally weak, angst riddled people. I mean, how many times can you argue the same shyt

That's the most substantive article I've read about the LeBron situation.

You know what, I would love to f/Kaan for the way he did us with Rubio (and Flynn).

I added Curry to Chandler and Lee in a trade for Jefferson and the rights to Rubio, and put that out on the Minny RealGm site and those folks were not very receptive.

I don't think Walsh takes on a contract like Jefferson's without including Curry and getting Rubio back.

How about Lee for rights to Rubio? Is that possible? What impact would it have on the cap?

I mention it because it would solve our PG problem.

Only if he actually comes to the states, and lives up to the hype.

He is about ready already f'n himself up if he actually thinks Lee can play substantial minutes with Love. He just signed Pekovic, wants got Darko back (Chad Ford: Breaking News: Wolves agree to a 4 year, $20 mil deal with Darko Milicic.), and has devalued Jefferson as a trade chip. He also traded for Webster. If he signs Lee he then devalues Love's trade value, too.

The guy has been all over the map. You know for them--trading Rubio in a package where they dump Jefferson and bring back Lee and Chandler isnt a bad deal--I would do it if Im the Wolves. What will they get better than that????? Having D Lee and K :Love on the same team would be fin to watch while they wouldnt be blocking shots--try to rebound them. They have a couple fo 7 footers they add in to mix and match--man just a few years back our frontline was Kurth thomas nadn C Wetherspoon. D Lee and K Love isnt bad--

so Lee is considering signing with Minny now but wasn't willing to go there when we had a trade in place to get OJ Mayo... awesome.

After 7 years & 40K+ posts, banned by martin for calling Nalod a 'moron'. Awesome.
