Anyone think that makes Biendrins expendable? He's got a long contract and is coming off a bad year.

Would GS do Eddie straight up? Would we have to include Chandler or Walker? That would give us a nice defensive frontcourt piece

biedrins and ellis are available b/c golden state is looking to dump.

that said, biedrins is not that good, has hands of stone, doesn't play defense and gets hurt every single year. ok4's a better get. but you probably dig him b/c of his jersey shore tan.

i would trade ecurry for biedrins in a heartbeat. i've proposed that trade several times over the last six months or so.

ecurry + wilson chandler for biedrins and anthony morrow (or cj watson).

do it, donnie!

Of course, if emeka okafor + collison is on the table for wilson + ecurry, you have to do that instead. but i don't know that will be available unless new orleans REALLY needs to clear salary.

1. I think Biedrins is a fringe all star in the right situation. I think he could put up 12 pts, 13 boards, 2 blocks.

2. He's 24.

3. He's not Eddy Curry

4. I'd need Anthony Randolph thrown in to assume that contract.

Don't forget his hairgel. I can somewhat agree with DJ though, b/c while he can be a good shotblocker, we also need an actual presence. I think Okafor is better, because he has a bit of an offensive game, and can both blockshots and play actual defense. I'd definitely have him number one on my list, and he would look that much better next to Chris Bosh. Bosh and OK4 would be just as good as Gasol and Bynum.

I think that Biedrins would be a terrible trade if we didn't get something better in return. If moving for a big, I would rather get Chris Kaman.
