Somehow getting Bosh, Lee and Gay would be sweet

Why? Gallo is our PF of the future. If we miss out on Lebron then it is rebuild time.

We should probably sign Gay and trade Chandler for Fernandez and filler.

We'd then be a long athletic young team.

Jerome Jordan
Gallo
Gay
Fernandez
Douglas

Team isn't going to blow you away but at least we will have a manageable cap for the next GM.

So resign Lee without checking to see if Lebron and Bosh want to sign first?

no room for that.

one thing in our favor is that places like ESPN are being completely unrealistic about the cap right now. no way does Chicago have room to sign Lebron and Bosh. No way does Miami have room to add two top tier free agents to Wade.

there will be someone good looking for max money and we will have cap room.

that said, if we could somehow get DLee, Rudy Gay and Tyson Chandler, I would sign up for that.

I hope you're into "organic cotton" underwear so you stay healthy after eating yours. We are getting both LBJ and Bosh.

Briggs, if we do...or don't get LBG and Bosh, what do you think of buying options, calls or puts, in MSG?

How are we supposed to give up this guys rebounding and all around play--which guy after Bosh and LBJ is really more valuable than Lee for what we have?

MSG will always be a stable property--it has a monopoly in the biggest market

I also like David Lee. Always have. The question is How do we afford him if we sign 2 max players?

so... this makes the team a middle of the road playoff team perhaps in some folks view? is that worth it?

or do you mean 32-50 record wise?

Which max players are you buying that are better than Lee?

Lebron and Bosh.
I think they are a pair that will sign together. If Lebron would sign with Lee instead of Bosh, then I am all for re-signing Lee.

so we cleared all this cap space & gave away all those assets just so we could jump at the first chance to re-sign David Lee? brilliant.

I want to hear the superior player we are getting to David Lee. Fuck we couldve added Whiteside Jordan Hobson and torrance and started paving our own destiny instead o relying on something that isnt going o happen. why the f did we spend 38 on rautins? what the heck was that?
