This is who the Knicks should go after.
lol @ being BANNED by Martin since 11/07/10 (for asking if Mr. Earl had a point). Really, Martin? C'mon. This is the internet. I've seen much worse on this site. By Earl himself. Drop the hypocrisy.

If anything, it will enhance the reputation of our front office, which might hold sway with LeBron.

And lord knows, we need it after this desultory draft performance.

+1. He's done a fine job constructing that Blazer team..Talked about it in the draft thread awhile ago -- I'd love to get him in here...

He f'in screwed the crap out of us in that Randolph deal. Maybe he can teach us how to screw other teams now. I'd love to have him. Supposedly the ownership of the Blazers constricted the hell out of that franchise.

if walsh can't seal the deal with a max free agent or two he should be fired and pritchard should be given the reins.

i like what's he done, but supposedly his massive ego got him fired. though paul allen is looking less and less like an ideal owner at this point, so who knows. but i remember reading articles that other GMs don't like dealing with him anymore because he gloats after trades and such.

The reality of the situation is that Pritchard isn't the GM everyone thought he was.

He's simply overrated.

Aldridge isn't turning out to be the PF/C many thought he would be, although he's still good.

And the Roy/Durant debate has been silenced bigtime.

+1 in a heartbeat, esp. knowing Donnie doesn't really want the responsibility and is looking for a young guy to take over the GM duties..

I hear what you're saying and I've heard that before --- probably not that big of a deal though...Donnie supposedly gets along well with protege David Kahn and Kahn hasn't exactly helped us out with anything, i.e. Rubio....It's a business that all comes down to assets -- if we have the assets, teams will be willing to deal with us no matter who the GM is..KP knows a thing or two about compiling young assets though, I know that much. All pieces that fit very well together and complemented each other.

I was actually impressed with Tom Penn on last night's draft telecast...He was Pritchard's asst. GM in Portland and did a good job of articulating anything cap-related last night, even doing a good job of speculating why certain teams made certain moves...Seems like another bright young mind. Bring him in too...

I'll sit on a cactus if he hires Chris Mullin over Pritchard.

I would be all over this guy right now---a quick vetting process and in before someone else grabs him.

Him and Tom Penn. Both these guys are smart.

Give Pritchard full autonomy for 5 yrs. At least he wont trade draft picks and is a decent drafter.

If we lose Pritchard to New Jersey/Brooklyn then they will have a better shot at LeBron than we will.
