thats not fair... he was regarded as a decent defender and certainly a guy that played hard there. The knock is that he wouldnt be strong enough or quick enough defend NBA 3s or 4s. However his measurements opened some scouts eyes, he's got legit NBA 4 size and was stronger than people thought.

A guy like this could come in and play right away though... and god forbid we sign Lebron or a couple max guys a skilled shooter that has size like Babbit would be an immediate rotation guy.
