they'll be trying to re-sign rudy gay or get an impact player... if they can't get an impact player, maybe they'd take $3M to defray the cost of signing gay and get out of a guaranteed $1M deal.

Would be very sweet to pry the middle pick from them (i.e., they have 12,25 & 28). Combined with our two second rounders, we should be able to find the non-rotation players that will fill out our roster after the 7 or 8 player rotation of...

with Walker, Barron and Curry off the bench.

Maybe we will find a diamond in the rough from one of those three picks. Afterall, serious talent sometimes doesn't manifest until after a career gets going. Wasn't Tom Brady picked in the fifth round of the NFL draft? What pick was MJ, third overall?

MJ was picked 3rd overall behind Olajuwan and Bowie. Unless, you are talking about Mark Jackson then he was picked 18th. OR Marc Jackson then he was picked in the 2nd round 37th overall.
