it's tonight.

here's my bold, un-related opinion...nets win the lotto and will trade the pick in a package for chris paul.

also, rumors are minny will not take wall if they get the #1 pick (according to the evan turner camp).

so basically we should assume that if the nets get the first pick they are going to keep the pick and take wall and that if minny gets the first pick they will take wall also.

I have a feeling if the Nets land in the top 2 then they will try to package Harris and the pick for a Chris Paul. The new Nets owner wants to win NOW based on his comments earlier today.

Can New Orleans really turn down the chance at Harris and a top 2 lottery pick? New Orleans could then package Harris with their lottery pick to move further up the draft.

I was thinking Minny might pass on Wall but I realized they dont have a "star" player and Wall could be that star. I think they could easily move Flynn considering this isn't a guard heavy draft.

I predict Utah wins the draft and they sign and trade their pick for LeBron July 1st.

I'll be very happy if New Jersey ends up with the 4th pick and Utah stays at 9th. :)

Seems to me BEST THING that can happen for our Knick Ballclub is crosstown competition NJ NETs
winning the John Wall Lotto as #1 pick.

Also the arrogant but entertaining russian NET owner already proclaims NJ/Brooklyn Nets will win NBA title in 5yrs.
who gonna argue?

This may bode excellent for NY Knicks down short term road.

NY Knicks ownership won't take too easy to losing spotlight to NJ/brooklyn Nets and perhaps this kind of success or turnaround NJ
Nets will have is what Dolan needs to continue to right his ship U.S.S NYKnicks

All in all I cant see Nets getting so good so fast the Knicks standing pat.
NY Needs to learn and start from the NBA draft next yr 2011 and yrs afterwards. Since we'll have good summer this yr and next ? with
FA $$ monies Knicks will have to be aggressive to keep up with the NETs.

I don't care who wins honestly, even if it is Utah. It's not our pick anymore and there is nothing we can do about it. No point in being sour over it at this point.

New Jersey already won the Lottery with Derrick Coleman and Kenyon Martin so I don't see them winning it this year. Most of the time the team with the worst record doesn't win it anyway. I think some dark horse like Detroit or Philly will win.
