Judging by the results of sports franchises under his leadership, one or more of them must be named "Titanic."

ROFL. As long he doesn't try to pawn off any Wiz stock options, he may just have a chance. Just show him those H20 commercials. The World is Yours.

Even if Lebron one day goes to the Nets, he will likely play somewhere else for three years first. I think he will sign with the Knicks on a five year deal with a option in year three to leave early. By then the Nets will be settled in their new digs and with their rebuilt roster. For now, it's time to shine on Broadway. Hopefully we don't F it up so he decides to make his career here for the long haul.

I think he will be crazy to take less than 5 years. No one can tell what's going to happen in the next CBA. These fools better hurry up and get that money on the table.

Lebron will NEVER have a problem getting money. And I think one thing the stabalizing cap shows is that the NBA is actually doing fine. I don't think there'll be a long lockout.

He can do a 5 yr deal and structure it like Eddy Curry with the last two years being player options.

You are right, indeed. If I am not mistaken, he is also the owner of top Russian bball club, CSKA. SCKA was in the finals 4 years in a row, winning it twice from 05-06 to 08-09. Just missed the finals this year. So he is a serious bball mind. The Nets are gonna be good, unfortunately. Maybe he'll buy the Knicks too. That would be interesting game to watch. Two teams having the same owner and playing each other.

And then he can trade players between the 2 teams making one super team.

I wouldnt put it past Lebron and Bosh to bolt to NJ. I dont think the Nets keep that draft pick either. Whoever they select packaged with Devin Harris is going to bring back a BALLER.

Lopez
Bosh
Lebron
