He fouls out with over four minutes to go on an obvious offensive charge and the Bucks steal game 5 on the road. Are you kidding me?

More than his performance, Johnsons passive body language (not to be confused with the calm demeanor of The Mayor after he has dunked in your grille) is not what one pays large bucks for

Joe Johnson was NOT the problem tonight. I'd still offer the max. he has at least been consistent.

And in other news, Denver's loss to Utah a couple of days ago proves Mello and Billups are crap.

I know Joe Johnson is not a Max player but neither is Rashard Lewis and he is making Max money.

Regardless Joe Johnson gets us to the playoffs. I cant take another losing season without us owning our own draft pick.

I honestly think the only star we can legitimately get is Carmelo Anthony. Were going to need to keep maximum space open for him and accept that trade we did with Hill was panicked insanity.

What is insanity elswhere is a norm in NY.

AnubisADL - a player who sulks, hogs the ball, disputes performance with teammates on the bench, who does NOT hit the open man is NOT taking the Knicks anywhere near the playoffs.

Joe Johnson is absolutely unworthy of a large contract in the pressure cooker that is New York. If fans in Atlanta are burning up the radio waves this morning in disgust - in New York he would wilt in the pre season attention.

Joe Johnson = Allan Houston = Not a MAX or a franchise player but a very good 2nd fiddle. I'd rather go after Rudy Gay or just go with Wilson Chandler and Bill Walker as our SG's.

Are you saying this because they loss... cause kobe just scored the same amount of points in a must win game..they won in a blow out and kobe played great, but looking at the stats you would think other wise.

As a matter of fact, I thought it was one of the best games he's had in weeks, and he said he feels great, none of the injury excuse's

Joe Johnson didnt hog the ball enough last night. He actually plays passive for long stretches. There arent alot of SG's who can actually shoot in the NBA so Joe Johnson is definitely one of the better targets this summer.

I would feel different if we owned our picks for the next 2 yrs but we dont.

Problem is they have limited handle and cant shoot off the dribble. For an offense heavily reliant jacking alot of shots we need guys who can knock them down at a decent clip on the nightly basis.

We could always trade for Arenas.

We Need a #1 Player and Johnson is a #2 at best. I have no problem with him and say Lebron or Wade or CP3. By himself we would be in the same situation as Atlanta. You really do need some kind of leader. The lack of a leader has been our biggest problem, cuz then you don't have that guy that demands execution or keeps other players in line. You also don't have that guy that takes charge in crunchtime. Johnson doesn't have a dynamic enough personality!! He's really talented, but he just doesn't have that impact type of personality.
