but missing Branden Jennings is a franchise killing mistake. Yes it's an arm chair QB but it is what it is. I have a feeling we missed out on a trade for S Curry and compounded it by missing Jennings who has just pulled the Bucks into the lead in the 1st round of the playoffs. Same team that just gave away the pock we couldve had Jennings with and additional picks for unknown cap space.

Now we will be lucky to get a player better than Crawford or Zach Randolph with our 35mm

We didn't miss out on a trade for Stephen Curry. What "feeling" do you have? The Timberwolves GM came out and said those pick #5 rumors to NY were never true before and after the draft. Maybe they had kicked the idea around but I really doubt the Wolves would have taken Chandler for the 5th overall pick. Face it, the classic Knicks luck had them lose out on Curry just ONE damn pick ahead of them. One pick. Don Nelson had been kissing Hill's ass all summer and then he comes out of left field and takes Curry. It sucked.

As for Jennings, I never wanted him. Guess I was wrong. Oh well.

The biggest surprise has been his vastly improved defense. Proves if the coach demands defense the players will comply or sit. Credit Skiles with beating it into Jennings head early in the season. Play D or sit with me on the bench. D'Antoni could learn something.

Skiles left welt marks on Jennings from giving an old southern beating with an extension cord. It's nice to see Jennings come around and mature. Now he needs to tighten up his game efficiency.

I wonder what Skiles could do for David Lee.

David Lee is allergic to defense so he couldn't do anything for him.

You must not have seen Jennings ealry is the season. Calling him a bad defender would have been a compliment. He used to get yanked late in games for Charlie Bell.

Skiles is definitely the best coach this season. Man he gets everything he possibly can from those guys and then some.
TKF on Melo ::....he is a punk, a jerk, a self absorbed out of shape, self aggrandizing, unprofessional, volume chucking coach killing playoff loser!!
