Finally watched it HOLY SH*T one of the most satisfying season finale's I've seen in a awhile. Spartacus is like Rome's sluttier more reckless sister and once you get hooked in you can't stop watching.

I was only able to watch the first 5 episodes on demand and then they wanted me to subscribe. Loved what I say and couldn't agree more with the gratuitous violence and T&A. The episode when he was banished to the underworld to fight scared the shyte out of me. I haven't been scared like that since I was a kid.

Are you guys being serious? I watched the first episode and only lasted through the whole thing because Id never seen such disastrously bad acting before. It was like a lesson in how never to get another acting job. Or casting job for that matter.

I get that the T&A should preclude any necessity for acting, but from what I saw, it was a complete and utter trainwreck!

Some men see things as they are and ask why. I dream things that never were and ask why not?

That's your problem you only saw one episode. When I first saw the show I had similar feelings but the acting and the storyline in the last few episodes just gets better. I watch maybe 2 or 3 shows right now and it's very hard for me to get into new shows but by the end of the season I was loving the show.

I dunno, my tv show quota is prety full right now. House, HIMYM, BBT, True Blood, Entourage. I even watch Two and a half men cuz I want to be Charlie Sheen when I grow up ( without the real-life issue) . And Im guilty of watching Greys Anatomy cuz Im getting into medicine and that show is seriously chock full of blood n guts.

Maybe Ill give it another shot if youre reccommending it.

Yea there is an overload of blood and guts a lot head severing scenes. Lots and lots of sex don't recommend it for family viewings.

Saw the first 2 episodes. A little slow. Does it get better? The T&A is pretty good though. The slave girls are beautiful. Lucy Lawless is a pretty good actress.

the storyline gets better but the T&A doesn't get much better than Sura.

Just finished watching ep8. Definately a guilty pleasure type show. I am hooked. The orgy scene in ep6 while characters were trying to have a serious conversation was awesome. Batiatus is fast becoming a legendary villain.

Andy Whitfield the guy who plays Spartacus has Hodgins Disease and is receiving treatment that's why Straz decided to go with the Prequel. Oh Andy you beautiful lucious man please get well soon
