This is really bad. You can't blaim not playing D on not knowing the plays. Chaney is bad, but not this bad. It's on the players, too. It looks like they don't care, probably thinking they'll get traded next. This season is over, Thomas will finsih the job in the offseason, when the malcontents will be shipped out and a real coach will be hired. Houston, Thomas have to go. They clearly are not happy with the changes. Motombu looks older then ever, what's the point of a big center when he can't guard any big centers? All in all, I'm done watching games till next year. Adios everybody, hope to hear from you all next year. There is always next year, even when you have 3 max players signed forever wich only one of them possibly being worse it.
A glimmer of hope maybe?!?

You need a low post scorer to make the Knicks less of a jump shooting team, thus Wallace could help. This is only Marbury's second game, and a big factor is also the coach, Don Chaney...He's terrible and it all revolves around the coach. 14-23! I mean, come on man. We need a new coach, and I hope you agree.

I also think the Knicks don't have a power forward like they did in McDyess, which is why we need a big guy, such as Rasheed Wallace. Now, McDyess didn't score a lot, but he was a presence who was able to alter shots.

marbury aint the problem, the team as a whole is totally out of it and not trying.. i dont know who u can blame for that... they need motivation.. maybe don?

The trade was good. The Knicks have no spirit because, as previoulsy mentioned, theyre afraid that its going to be one of them next. Sheed is more of a SF/PF than a true PF..

Zeke should announce that he's done w/ trades and focus on motivating the team. They just had a bad day today..

The trade AN ALL-START PG for 2 crappy PG's and a washed up PF (the only players in the rotation) iS NOT a BAD TRADE.

FACTS: JVG in 8 years as a head coach has NEVER HAD A LOSING SEASON
Chaney in 7 or so years has had 1 winning and the rest LOSING.

FACTS: JVG has a plan and WILL Turn Houston around and probably get them deep into the playoffs soon.

CHANEY has no plan and will not coach this team much longer.

being able to admit you're wrong is a sign of maturity. a lot of guys around here are going to have to do that before the seasons over (and the knicks don't make the playoffs.) dolan still thinks he can throw a bunch of high priced players together and make a team. he'll never learn.

it didn't occur to me how badly we need a backup PF until tonight. We traded Dice so now we have to go get one. Drew Goorden, Stromile Swift,whatever. Even if we trade for Sheed we still have a huge hole there. Othella is too inconsistent although he does work hard.

Thats just offense Guns. I would buy it if the knicks couldn't score and missed passes but they got blown out by 30 points by a team that cannot score. It's all on the coach we the team sucks on defense. He just didn't prepare them enough.

some of you guys are just plain nuts...

First of all we needed this trade and to think that we were fine with those 4 wins vs the league worst teams, then you are crazy..

Shut up playa, you are nuts to blame Zeke for the trade..

This trade is the best thing to happen to this team. Dice was done physically and mentally, eisley sucked, Vujanic was never comming over and lampe according to zeke should have stayed in europe. The picks we traded are garbage, you have Hakim warrick projected as a top 10 pick, that says enough right there!!!

Stop crying fellas, we have 3 max players and they are good players, we are not the only team with 3 max players. You guys are nuts!!!

we still need someone who can score down low so that we don't just take jump shots and wind up with games like these. I think a change of coach will improve our defense because they will problably play harder for a real coach who they respect.
