of Rangers and Knicks that these teams wouldnt go further in their development quests for TITLE or close to it ?

That is simple and easy to see. In NewYork you have most $money and assets to hire folks, personnel, scouts
and you cant in 1 decade give fans at least teams which contend or be considered.

Da' Garden is less concerned with championship & MOST concerned with money
That is why Cablevision has so many issues in news today cause of their pockets.

So be happy Knicks and Rangers arent a topic relevant again in plans with contenders in a 2nd season of pro sports
which is norm for these professional teams cause the owners FEEL it in the pocket when the lights are out and their
