Reportedly to watch D.Lee and few other Knicks. Guess Lee out of NewYork is presumed to happen even if NY only max signs 1 FA
but we reckon owner Mr Dolan loves David Lee and does not want to make mistake of seeing him leave. MDA also loves Lee.

We know Dolan when he likes a player OR his knicks favorites is more important to J.Dolan than actual winning!

I have no problem signing DLee to a big contract as long as it is not max. 10Mil per year at 5 years is a good deal for both parties. I think but who knows.

BUT...We need to make sure he plays his natural position of PF and not center again. Barron is a good start but signing Camby to a 1 year deal would be the best move. I just hope Donnie does not sign Jermaine ONeal instead.

I agree with you
Camby back to NY would work for me and if rumored Dwayne Wade leaves, having Lee back is dandy.
I can live with Lee, Wade and Camby. Two of them 3 plays DEFENSE *LOL and one is AllStar.

Knicks need a BIGSHOT in the worst way.
Despite McGrady's ailments I love his attitude, we all know he's showcasing for whole of NBA but
I have faith if McGrady can improve his health and workout this summer to min. contract he should
be brought back into the fold. Especially if he can play alongside Dwayne Wade.

What I really want to see is if we can pry CP3 or Collison from the Hornets. The play of Collison gives them a very good problem. They can parlay one of them for a player they are missing. I don't care which one we get but they need a SF. We can try to see if they bite on Chandler and TD. If CP3 is the one to be moved then we can give them cap space and savings by sending them Fat Curry's contract with Chandler and TD for CP3.

If it takes the 5th pick to get Ray Allen what do you think it will take to get Chris Paul?

Im thinking a lottery pick plus 1 or 2 young players.

Could be. Or maybe we trade for Collison instead and give up less. Or maybe Paul but we take back a bad contract too.

lol @ being BANNED by Martin since 11/07/10 (for asking if Mr. Earl had a point). Really, Martin? C'mon. This is the internet. I've seen much worse on this site. By Earl himself. Drop the hypocrisy.

Peja expires next year. Okafor is overpaid but he isnt a toxic deal. The Hornets dont have any toxic deals just some overpaid players.

Isn't there a big man camp lee can goto to correct his defense, becuase it's not so much of lack an effort, he seems to be a step slow, and is usually late as hell with his help D.

I think the reason he hasn't gotten better on defense is simply because he hasn't had a coach that primarily focus's on defense.

Wasn't Dolan there to evaluate the club as a whole including the coaching staff. Well at least from Berman's blog that was one of his main purposes.

James Dolan in Utah, sits with Mike D'Antoni on bench during pregame in animated conversation, met with team before tip-off. Pep talk?

Not sure why it would be of any surprise that the GM, his staff, the owner, and just about anyone that has anything to do with shaping our future would be watching more closely in the final 15 games or so. Just to see things up close for themselves before they all get together and try to shape the new team.

I see no conspiracies involved in these travels by Walsh or Allan Houston or John Gabriel or even James Dolan.

In fact I see it as a good thing.

What I will say with 100% certainty is that nobody is evaluating Mike D as of yet. Everyone knows what is going on and knows he is not at fault for the past two losing season at all. They know he was brought here to HELP build the NEW team and COACH IT.

I just don't see what there is to these travels beyond good business.

I think when you hire anyone, you begin to evaluate them from day one. Evaluation continues throughout employment. Whether decisions are made known on those immediate evaluations or stuff in a personnel file is another matter. That's pure common and business sense.

Yea brother
how you doing ?

I decided to leave the Knicks forum of the MSG. I know lots of folks didnt like me much over there, sometimes they got tired of my
comments if too negative on knicks. So to avoid attacks I won't go back on MSG/Knick boards. They all are cool over there I just
didnt want to upset too many and besides I don't lose any sleep not going there. I occassional drop in the MSG/NFL/MLB or Wrestling
boards there. They like me better there! *lol

Plus over here at Ultimate Knicks I know few folks here whom let me stay!

I have no problem keeping Lee to play PF. If that is the case we should use Gallo to S&T for Bosh.

We'd have a solid front court and all we'd need to do is get a decent PG/SG for Curry's deal.
