I was looking at his stats in Boston and it's almost non exsisting. He looks exactly like steph did when he was traded to boston, only steph never recieve any DNP's and hadn't even played in over a year.

I guess people will justify those DNP's by pointing out the depth in boston instead of facing reality about nate. But if thats cas why has boston been searching for the last 24 month for a lagit back up to rondo, aquire one then rearly use him.

Oh, wait... yeah.

Larry Hughes is tearing it up in Charlotte! FIRE WALSH!!!

I guess things aren't as bad as they seem for us. But that isn't any fun to dwell on. FIRE MIKE FIRE WALSH!!! That's more fun.

as far as i'm aware no one had a problem w/the Nate trade after they saw that Bill Walker was a serviceable young player worth developing... but if you need to reach for examples like this to take digs at people who have criticized DW's other moves, i guess feel free.

It's quite obvious that Walsh and Mike get trashed for the past two years for no reason at all. It doesn't need to be pointed out by me it's there to be seen. It's pathetic to see given it's obvious what the franchise's plan has been all along the past two years. But, well, people will feel free to blast it as if the plan was to compete with this messed up leftover roster and those people still pine for Isiah's 146M roster and cling to hopes one more MLE signing would have put it over the top. The top of what I do not know. 33 wins was one hell of an accomplishment! lol.

again, i have yet to see anyone not acknowledge the fact that DW got back good value in the Nate Robinson trade after the fact... u'r just reaching for any reason to take cheap shots at anyone who's been critical of the job he's done in other moves he's made... but hey, if it makes u feel better to do so, be my guest.

Jeffries needed to go but he is hurt and that is why he is not playing. Hill had 15pts tonight on 7-7 shooting and had 9 pts 9rebs and 3 blocks his previous game. I think if you think of him as having started his rookie season on Feb. 19. I would say that he was a great pick up for the Rockets. Also, Darko has been putting up very good numbers in Minny and surprisingly as he has gotten more minutes his play has improved.

Bender would be putting up better stats if not for that freak injury that put an end to his awesome season.

so anyone who thinks mistakes have been made miss laymass era? stop taking the hyperbole about why folks have criticized, many have said clearly why and it has zero to do with curry/jc/zro/etc. hill is brought up not cuz he is elite, to me it doesnt matter if you like the guy or not, the whole process was handled poorly.

as stated a few times today (and many before that), i hope they get lbj and/or wade cuz if so, none of the hill biz will matter and any goof who DOES miss zro/craw/marbs/etc shouldnt mention them again.

Just a little note there hoss, if your draft pick blows and you trade him and he still blows, then that doesn't vindicate your performance as a GM.

Alan Hahn: Nate Robinson has been on a ridonkulous scoring tear lately (remember when he couldn't hit Jerome James with a Big Mac in early January?)

Hill was a good pick. Not great and maybe not as ready to help a team win as Jennings, but Hill isn't a scrub. Thing is they had him here and saw a lot of him in practice. I don't think they had any doubt he could play but they likely felt they knew what he was going to be and in the end he was expendable. Did anyone think he was gonna be anything more than a role player? DW used him to get more of what he needed... Cap space.

Nate wasn't right for this coach and some expected him to do so well that it would embarrass MDA. We got good value in the trade and can just move forward. The idea is to stop dealing with players that don't understand how to play winning BB. IMO Nate is that kind of player. He just hasn't learned what it takes to win. Maybe being in Boston can help him.

indeed, though i suspect bos may not help him 2 much... i could see him not getting along with kg when kg has one of his rage-at-a-teammate moments...

Some fans do not like what Walsh and Mike did, others are OK with it, and some are supportive to what Knicks management is doing.
This is all normal.
To me it means that Mike and Walsh are working and trying. They do make mistakes. People always do when they are really working on something.
So lets wait for results which will come no earlier that 2 years from now....

isnt that a bit excessive? hey, if they hit all the main targets THIS offseason and win a title (best case scenario), do we need to wait 2 years from now to say it was a success? i cant think of what you would call a well run pro sports franchise that would give folks 4 years before any judgement could be made

Yeah, I'm more or less supportive of what they (Walsh in particular) are trying to do, but I do expect improvement NEXT SEASON. Otherwise... I am raising chickens and stocking up on tar, just in case.

Let me help you with that one, you would call it a "well run pro sports franchise".

That was a good trade for us. Nate wasn't coming back next season. If Walker can stay healthy, he'll be a better player than Nate.

Do we still have room for 2 MAX FA's if we keep Bill Walker?

can u elaborate on what you'll be doing this summer just in case we fail in free agency? the other hundred takes of yours on the same lame joke didn't seem to get the message across.
