All this talk about how he stunk it up and didn't have enough practice in order to play well etc etc...the writers and the fans seems to miss one of the most obvious additions he brings to this team. I saw it last night, there were a few breif glimpses of it and most of the opportunities were blown by other players on his team but here is the deal:

Marbury was throwing lasers out there on the court. He was pushing the ball faster then any Knick PG I have ever seen. The rest of the team didn't know what to do because they have never had the rock coming at them with the speed a top 3 PG can deliver it at. They havent seen these kinds of opportunities to get the ball and make plays before because NY has been lacking talent at that position - the quarterback of the team.

As he plays more the others will figure it out and so will he. The passes will lead to buckets and the scores will start to run up. Hell maybe even the passing will become contageous (see Sacramento play). It was only game 1, and a lot of people are just talking about how bad the #s were and the fact that it was another L. Well I see a bright future with this PG so give it some time and watch him lead this team.

Marbury does not and can never compare to Howard Eisley and Charlie Ward. We had a lot of chemistry for the 4 games we won. We might have lost more games before and after but we had chemistry and Chaney is a good coach and thats all that matters. If we dont win the NBA championship then this is a bust because we were going to win a ring with Eisley.

I know because my crystal ball showed me everything!

I noticed you left out FRANK WILLIAMS.!
JAMES DOLAN on Isiah : He's a good friend of mine and of the organization and I will continue to solicit his views. He will always have strong ties to me and the team.
