.Until otherwise proven, Frank is the only guard who can run the knicks smoothly with this current roster. NUFF SAID!

Did you notice that the roster had changed significantly in the last 48 hours? Knowing you, probably not.

So basically what you're saying is that you'd choose FWill over STARBURY?

Put the crack pipe down, playa. It's BAD for the brain.

All I am saying is we should keep Frank and allow him to back up Starbury, at least he knows the players currently here and knows their likes and dislikes and also knows the tempo of this team. We need a floor general to help us win now , the playoffs is our goal this yr and every game is very valuable to us.

Playa,

You're not making any sense. By your logic, the 4 and 0 record w/ Frank as starter says we've got it solved. Don't change a thing. We'll never lose again. Forget that it was only 4 games!, that the competition was weak, that the Knicks hadn't been all that much more impressive w/ Frank in the lineup than w/ Ward or Eisley in all the rest of the games before Frank became a starter. None of that matters. 4 and 0, baby!

Shaq for Mutombo and Frank? Well, Shaq is a talent, but he might not mesh with our team. He plays at a different speed, after all. And Frankie's got all this upside. KVH for Kobe? Kobe's a bit of recluse in the locker room. Could upset our delicate balance. And Keith's been ballin' last 6 games.

You can't really believe that based on 4 games and very little else that Frank's better for the team than Starbury, a perennial all-star w/ as much ability and athleticism as any PG in the world. You can argue that we gave up too much (I don't agree), but it's ridiculous to say we're worse at the 1 spot.

Man you're about as blind as Hardcore, what I said was he knows the team as is better than starbury. Starbury should start no question, but to keep things rolling Frank should be his backup + he knows how to get the other guys into a flow. If You think I'm saying Frank is better Marbury then you're playing the funnies too.

The PG backing up Marbury will get about 5 to 8 minutes a game (although you never know with Chaney). Moochie can handle that.

Frank Williams is one of the few assets they have to upgrade the front court.

If that were the case, then maybe you just should have inserted the wowrd "BACKUP" to the post you started the thread with.

It's not about us being blind, but about you being an IDIOT for not modifying your own damn post. LOL

True, his trade value has risen and will come in handy when making a deal for a low-post frontcourt player.

Miles has been traded twice in his short career. Frank Williams can play point guard well. He's young... and cheap, and when given minutes, is productive. Your essentially trading for athleticism over production and banking on Miles to get his act together. I don't know if that works.

This post is from rain and right on

I fell a little bad for Frank Williams because it hurts him a lot. We got a much better young Point gaurd and we are going to be really good for a long long time.

Knicks had offered F Williams and OTHELLA HARRINGTON for Cleveland's DARIUS MILES. Williams said that the groin muscle was 90 percent and that he could be ready by Saturday. "It couldn't have come at a worse time," he said. "I just have to make room for myself." If Zeke doesn't pull the trigger, I would pay to watch Marbury and frank go t it in practice.

THIS IS WHY WE NEED CHEMISTRY:

The chemistry already began brewing in the back of the bus Tuesday night during the ride to the Cleveland airport. Allan Houston, who missed 12 of 18 shots, started talking with Marbury about where the Knicks like the ball.

"He was telling me he wasn't used to getting shots that wide open," Marbury said.

Keith Van Horn said he was not ready for a Marbury midair pass, fumbling it because he thought Marbury was going to shoot instead. Marbury had eight assists Tuesday. The Knicks missed 50 shots, and Marbury missed six of his nine shots, finishing with 8 points, far below his 20.5 average. Penny Hardaway also shot 3 of 9 in his debut for 6 points.

FRANK ALREADY KNOWS WHEN AND WHERE THE PLAYERS LIKE THE BALL. PLZ Zeke don't trade him we need wins now

When starbury does what Frank did in those 4 games he started with 1st unit then we are on the right road, until then L's won't help us go to the playoffs this yr.
