ON his show he was asked why the team doesn't seem to be playing together on defense this year. Response, you need training camp, you need years of guys playing together. The team from the previous year came out of training camp and went 1-9.

By now I don't think it's a secret that doesn't really care about defense.. The solution is to hire some defensive assistant coaches, but I think his ego is too big for that
