Just saw a replay of the game. Blair really didn't play that great outside of a few hustle plays here and there. Had lot of trouble trying to check Al Harrington and then Al played him well on the block down the other end...Still think he's a good player though and has a bright future in this league.

He's Clarence Weatherspoon part II. Spoon came into the league posting great numbers. A lot though he was the 2nd coming of Charles Barkley. Spoon was getting 10 boards a game, putting up 15-20 points a night. Dude was dunking on guys. That Phili team was awful but he looked solid. Only problem is like Blair he's a 6'6 powerforward. He will have a nice role as a bench guy in this league as long as he stays healthy. He's not a starter in this league. He's just too short.

I agree, he's overhyped. He's undersized and those knees of his are a walkng time bomb.

That said, I still take Jennings/Blair over Hill/Douglas. If nothing else, flipping Blair in a trade would have fetched more than Hill. But then again, what am I saying. D'ivatoni would have had Blair glued to the bench anyway. Sigh.

spoon was a god. Doesnt anyone ever remember that dunk on Yao? Or the time Kurt was out and he got 20 points and 20 boards playing center?

I bet:
PG Eilsey
SG Sprewell
SF Lee Nailon
PF Spooooooooooon
C Doleac

could make the playoffs right NOW. No training camp, no preseason, just FF right to the playoffs.
