Walsh has done one thing very well. Give away every asset without acquiring anything in return. We have the least talent in the entire league and that falls on Walsh.
If you are a free agent why would you come to NY? The weather sucks, the taxes are a joke and more importantly you have to deal with pressure and scrutiny.
The old man has lost his touch. Teams with foundations like the Clippers, Heat, Bulls and Thunder all have better situation to offer. And if you’re not relevant you don’t make outside money in NY.

Donnie has been around long enough to know you don’t allow issues to become public problems.
Why on earth would you ever bring in someone like Larry Hughes or have a team full of veterans going through the motions.

You can't even give him a D. The team shows no desire doesn't try on defense there is constant bickering, he plays favorites and we come out flat. Gallo has regressed, Chandler hasn't improved, and Douglas hasn't gotten a chance.
But Donnie wants to sell us on the Suns with out Nash, Marion and Barbosa in their primes. Like adding a shooting guard that is losing his expolsion in Joe Johnson is the answer. We buildt a team with an overpriced shooting guard before and that didn't work out.
Donnie was in a position to make this a championship team with the right draft moves. Realistically we should have had a franchise center anbd point guard with wilson chandler and cap room for one max guy. Now we have chandler and praywer that danillo isn't a bust.
Time to hope for 2011
