seriously tho, i don't think Lakers would take any package of assets we have to offer at this point... besides we don't even own the rights to our 2011 pick anymore, Houston has the swap rights... a deal like this couldn't even be consummated until after the draft & we make our selection... right now we have nothing but our cap space to try & patch together a team this summer... D Lee possibly could be used in a sign & trade for another pending FA like Bosh or Amare... other than that, be ready for the Marcus Camby to NY reports & T-Mac wants to remain a Knick stories to pop up in a few months.
Bynum would almost have no mobility in our offense and no use in general.
For the record BRIGGS has suggested
Monta Ellis who makes about $10-12mil/yr
Bynum who makes about $10-12mil/yr
Tyrus Thomas new deal making about $10-12mil/yr
Al Jefferson who makes about $12-14mil/yr
Lee new deal making about $10-12mil/yr
It's more than obvious he has no clue what the hell is going on....
Who do you want Camby????
Just something stupid for a second--first off where is this Al Jefferseon stuff coming from-- 3 years ago? People make sht up--go find me that thread if it was ever made.
If I was able to keep Lee and trade for Bynum--you could not come up with a better suggestion.
Bynum is a 20-10-2.5 C when HE is the C Lee moves back to PF and would still be 17-11 57%
Id rather have Bynum than almost any fa after Bosh wade and LBJ.
Finally Trueblue's third alias comes out! These posters get banne and come back--were not stupid trueblue!
