Not watching another game.

Blown out by the Nets?

When we all know it's all over and about 2010 anyway?

Thankfully there is only one more month left of embarrassment.

If I have to see this **** again next year then I retire as a fan. I wont even watch the NBA anymore.

Yeah, I know. I would think he'd want to win but looks like he's just biding his time. I was OK when he came but I see the true coach in him now.

The guy coaching the team shouldn't just get a pass for two extremely embarassing losses out of the last three games.

Cosmic, weren't you saying that D'Antoni was talking about the playoffs to keep the fans invested? He just said that its tough for everyone and that the team just has to get through this year tonight. Why should any fans attend anymore games if the coach is just getting through this year?

There's a reason why we're looking towards this summer. We need to get players that won't quit in games and want to fight. All of us fans here are loyal to the Uni and not the players. They come and go, but we're always here. At this point I think we're all weary of this last decade and just want to see a great team again.

just the first of many bad moves by donnie walsh..dantoni didnt want to cum here so why hire him..donie thought dantoni would attract players and take the pressure off of him..in May the draft lottery will be very embarrassing if we win first selection and hand it over to utah..next year will be more fun since a rep from the knicks will have to be there since they have opportunity to get first pick..it will be fun watching donnies face when knicks get pic 2-7 and has to hand it over to houston..oh the pain!!!

The way you were talking and have been for yrs you would have thought we didn't have quitters on the team to begin with. Always got your chest stuck out when out record is 0-0 but when it's 20-50 then you want to talk about out with the old in with the new. I'll be happy the day I see you accurately gauge this team from the start instead of spewing Gus Johnson Company Line Bullchit.

Nix, that is fine for fans to feel that way. But the coach can't say that. He can't say that and not play the first round pick. He can't say that and not have his team prepared to play. If this year is done as he is now saying why is Douglas on the bench. My issue is with D'Antoni. I believe there are only 4 guys that are definitely coming back next year and he is not playing two of them. Curry is somewhat understandable but how do you explain not playing Toney if the team is just playing out the season?

I'm not basing my view on MDA on how much he plays TD and certainly not how much he plays Curry. I think it's always easy to just blame the coach. Haven't we don't that enough around here? Coaches come in with all kinds of credentials, lose here and we tear them down like they're scrubs. There are only a few coaches out there that could possibly be considered for this job going forward and MDA is gonna get his shot before we ever see any of those guys brought in. So all of those who hate MDA need to RELAX and just deal with that fact.

Eddie House is MDA's guy... that's the only explanation u need to hear as to why TD is not playing... that is until he grows tired of hearing the boos over his wanton lauching up of shots, then MDA will fall in love w/a different toy for the month.

this season can't end soon enough... what a complete waste of a year... we didn't even develop any of our young guys & both Gallo & Wilson are looking worse ever since we made the T-Mac trade... the only bright light this entire season has been D Lee's play on offense & he's still a lost cause on the defensive side of the ball... Lebron, come & save us!!!

I think D'Antoni knows he is going to get 2010. I think Walsh met and reassured him after the Cleveland game. Prior to that he had had his intro to the NY media when they hold you accountable for your performance and effort after he called out a writer. Then his team and went out and played like they didn't have a game plan and didn't care. After that he appeared to be done. Walsh came out said it was on him and D'Antoni had a little of his swagger back. However, I think he is realizing that he isn't a NY guy and Walsh's protection is only going to go so far. I also think that he lost the team prior to the deadline and needed Harrington to be traded. Right now McGrady's presence is helping him out but he and the players know that he is not a savior, genius or even a good coach. Walsh is a loyal guy and will back D'Antoni if it costs him his job. if we lose Lee for nothing, that goes squarely on DW's shoulders... MDA did everything in his power to raise Lee's value this year... ironically even that can come back to bite us in the ass if we end up having to severely overpay to keep him here after missing out on the bignames this summer.

July 1st could be the Day of Rebirth or Doomsday for the Knicks' franchise.
