will be fun to watch Gallinari and Yi.Yi only PF in the NBA shooting under 40% and Gallinari right behind him. Maybe Gallo will walk into more than 1 rebound tonight--At 6-11 you would think 3 would fall into his hands by accident. Little more effort Gallo--please stat pad a bit unless we are down 40.

Over Gallos last 10 games

10.5 pts 3 rebs 1.4 assits in 35 minutes. If you want to know a main reason why we are stinking---I would start there--you can survive with PF play like that.

Maybe his back is hurting, or his legs have been extra-stiff.

honestly, in my opinion hes a SF with VERy stiff legs as most would say in here. I know he was young when he was drafted but he doesnt seem like he has the height/reach to play PF. Hes bulked up and even tries to RB, play DEF, block shots, move the ball, and take some bad shots but the kid can shoot.
anyway, my point is the kid is trying to play a position that works on his strengths or the team needs? Cause either way David Lee isnt a center. If we keep him ,which i would love, I would love to pair him up with dwight howard but ill settle for CHEAP rental player, just no more FAT JAMES.

I think he needs to work on his legs, mid range game, and driving, passing. Those are his skills but he lacks the physical speed to do so. Bulking up also slowed him down even more and made him even stiffer. But he did what the team asked of him, and for that I applaud him.

Unfortunately, he's too polite. He feels the need to defer on everything. Rebounds he allows Lee to pad his count and offense, he passes up open shots for shots by his team mates. He needs to become the finisher he was in Italy. He needs to take that "I'm the man" attitude that every other player sees as their birthright.
