If anyone with a bone of reality of the situation thinks giving up the hedge on the draft was a good move for 9mm more in cap room has to have their head examined. Such an idiotic panic deal with no value to us.

Last time I checked the 09/10 final record has no bearing on the 2011 pick swap or the 2012 pick sent out.

But, if that's how you want to claim it, that's up to you.

Not to mention the majority of this team won't even exist next season.

But, again, go ahead and fortune tell and bash the team like you're a 1 post troll from another team.

Jordan Hill is GARBAGE fyi, BRIGGS.

But then again you love garbage no-name players. You always talk about loading the roster up with them.

Tell me how good Jordan Hill is.

I'm waiting.

You're defending him more than you ever defended Crawford.

What gives? Kid's a bum.

And one other thing: The majority of my "Hill sucks" posts have come on the heels of posts lamenting giving up this supposed superstar to be.

I would have flat out cut the bum. Stone handed. Laughing it up. Out of shape. Dumb as dirt. Clumsy fool. GOOD RIDDANCE!

He sucks in Houston, too.

that's just it, i don't know how good Hill will be... all i can speak on is how good he was in college cuz he never got a fair shake at any games this season... the way you talk is as if you know for a fact already that this kid sucks, when you really haven't seen him play at the NBA level... there's a difference between keeping an open mind on a 22 year old rookie that's seen sporadic action & already pronouncing him a bust based off such a small sample... you are taking the latter path & i think that's unreasonable... & even if you do think he's a bust, your constant rags on him saying he sucks with out provocation are unnecessary... we all get the point, u think he sucks... no need to remind us all on every single post you make on this forum... & no, you don't just say that when people lament over Jordan Hill, you make those comments on any discussion of the trade in general.

Cosmic--you have no idea about the nuances of building a team. You're some advertising/marketing guy who works for the Knicks. My thought process is fire everyone and hire John Calipari as President GM but he wont take the job because the management just took away an avenue to get much better if we stay a bad team. They think that it's some kind of competitive advantage to have 6-8mm more in cap room yet we have no team--see how many good Cav players there are and how mixed up poor players we have? This team is MULTI years from being good and they additionally fcked themselves by giving up two more drafts. I dont know if Jordan Hill was going to be good--but we never tried to find out over a period of two years. And the same guys who picked Jordan Hill are making the big decisions---it's just horrible. Go tell your boss he's an idiot--that will be constructive. This is really sickening as fan--when you know you haev schmucks running the team into the ground and an owner who is the leader of the pack.

why are you willing to wait on wc/dg yet hill was not worthy of that? doesnt matter now, though its odd you would support letting those 2 have a chance to improve. i dont disagree on wc/dg as before the trade it would have been nice to at least see if the hill/td/landry were gonna be a fit, if at all. and of course wc/dg progressing.

Hill showed right away he sucked.

Chandler and Gallo showed right away they had something there to offer. Some skills. Some nice games.

Therein lies the difference for me.

As to Chandler, no, I don't think he improves much from here. I think he may have peaked.

Yet, I am willing to give Chandler and Gallo the summer to improve - or - show they are what they are.

Hill already showed he's nothing. There's a big difference to me. At least in what I saw.

You're retarded.

That's about all you deserve in a reply anymore.

You're not even worth talking with because you're so far out there now it's pointless.

The thing is that Douglas, Gallo, Chandler... even Frye, Butler, Sweets - all showed something. They had problems, they had slumps, but they SHOWED something. ANYTHING. That led you to believe maybe they could be something.

Jordan Hill showed not just nothing, but, worse, he showed he was terrible.

The guy's ceiling is 8th man or worse.

Therein lies the difference.

Again, as to ragging on him, first off he SUCKS, second of all when I see people talk him up or cry about trading him it drives me insane and leads me to reply.

My fault, maybe I should just STFU, but Jordan Hill is garbage. Lampe of all fools showed more in his short time than Hill has.

Mardy Collins and Balkman showed more. And they suck.

hill didnt get much consistent time out there, and td cant have shown much more as he (still) has the same prob of getting legit mins. is td trash to you or based on where he was selected, its a bit easier to take him not playing/showing much?

Bill Walker has shown 100x the skill of Jordan Hill.
Sergio Rodriguez has shown 100x the skill of Jordan Hill.

Why worry about losing this guy? He's trash.

Cosmic be fair. Do you really believe that Hill was given a fair chance by the coach to develop and get use to NBA? No matter whether you believe he was a bust or not.

He was only the coach there and was over ruled when he wanted to take Kobe. Calipari is a no brainer best talent evaluator in all of basketball.
