LMAO...

ESPN has suspended Tony Kornheiser, current co-host of its daytime Pardon the Interruption talk show and a former Monday Night Football game analyst, network spokesman Mike Soltys said Tuesday. Kornheiser is on suspension for comments he made Friday about ESPN anchor Hannah Storm.
On his weekday local radio show on ESPN Radio's Washington, D.C. affiliate, Kornheiser Friday talked about what Storm was wearing on-air at the time.

He called her outfit "horrifying" and said her "very, very tight shirt" looked like "sausage casing" and that her "Catholic school plaid skirt" was "way too short for somebody" her age.

Kornheiser subsequently apologized to Storm and apologized on-air. Kornheiser missed PTI Monday as part of his suspension, the length of which has not yet been announced by ESPN.

Wow, today's society is so lame. That isn't suspension-worthy by any means. Why is everyone so soft nowadays?

ESPN has to be careful given some of their history and needs to be consistent. Since Storm is a woman of color, it is easy to understand why they went the suspension route so as to be able to distance themselves from Kornhole's comments and protect themselves from any offensive Storm may go on. You are right though, this isn't really suspension worthy. It's not like he went Jimmy the Greek on her or anything...

Whatchu talking about, dog??? Storm is white?!?!?

Besides, this is about sexism, or the perceived notion of such, not racism. Man, and ya'll talk about Black people being obsessed with race.

I actually think that's an offense worthy of being fired, quite frankly.

Hell naw he wouldnt. Storm is old as hell and she looks stupid constantly dressing like an 18 y/o slut going to a frat party (trust, I know). She must be getting tired of that old dyck she prolly got at the house and she wants to get active. You see the way she was starin at Dwight Howard in that commercial?

Anyway, I dont get it. Storm is a public person, and ESPN is an entertainment company. I think they are being way sensitive and hypocritical about this. Kornheiser could easily fight this if he wanted.

Because I feel those comments were completely inappropriate.

As a matter of fact, those comments were sexual harrassment..

If he was criticizing outside of his company maybe I'd feel a TAD differently because people say so much worse crap on the radio... However, Hannah Storm is a colleague of his. You don't do crap like that.

Thats the problem, he gets paid to say stuff like that. If he would have said the same thing about one of those chickens on the View, nobody at ESPN would have batted an eyelash.

Its not like he slandered her, he just bagged on her outfit. She's a public person. An entertainment radio show is not comparable to an office setting in Anytown, USA. The rules are different.

How about the attire being inappropriate? I get pissed that women can get away with wearing open toed shoes and wear club attire to work. Then you have to look at loose, saggy skin popping out over sausage casing? GROSS

HOw is it harrassment? Did her promotion or ability to perform her duties get compromised? Does Korn have any authority to make decisions on her career?

It was rude, inappropriate and sexist to say what he said, but I don't think that qualifies as harassment.

If anything it raises her exposure now and people will take an interst in what she wears.

He gets paid to be a crass opinionist.

This would be a non issue if he told someone like Mark Schlereth he looked like a sausage casing...they would either just laugh at it or Schlereth would bitch smack Kornhole's ass

I would get in trouble if I talked about an older female co-worker like that at a work meeting. This guy said it on the radio!
