The guy plays decent D on the interior and he tries to block shots. He would get over powered but no more than Lee. Also, on the offense he could be an Okur type.
It would be good practice for him to move to PF eventually. At 6'11", he is the 2nd tallest player on the team.
Thoughts?

no difference... Gallo & Lee will still be our frontcourt & we'll still get our asses handed to us by physical play down low & speedy penetrators into the lane

Gallo has been playing like crap these last 3 weeks he hasn't done anything good also it would be a bad thing to put him at center teams will post him up he wil get into foul trouble. He also he can't rebound for a 6foot11 guy he sucks at getting rebounds.

Say what you wish about how healthy he is .../me thinks there is a reason he is not banging down low...it's called protecting that body till it is strong enough to take the punishment.
Does he still lay flat on his back at times? That arm...pinched nerve? He definitely looks stronger than the pictures from a year ago. But do you want him taking the pounding? Can he?

Gallo is about 20 lbs too light to play center for this team. I agree that he is a better defender than Lee, but I would not put the kid on centers this year. He is likely to just get hurt. Put him in the weight room and let him add 10-15 lbs of muscle this summer and then tell him to play center.
