Ironically, there was an article in the Chicago Tribune about Penny. He says that he's in the best shape in years and claims that if he was playing PG, he could still average a double-double. Good attitude.

Let's see what he can do as a Knick. We've had a need for a backup wing all year long... and now we've got a 6'7" former monster. Next time Houston's knee is too sore to play... we'll be ready with some extra depth. He may not be the scorer that Houston is at this stage of his career, but he's a pretty complete player that I wouldn't mind having on the floor--- think of him as the big money version of Kerry Kittles. He shot 35.6% from behind the arc last year and 40% so far this season, making him a better threat from outside than Shandon.

Good post, Tech! After reading that article, I feel that we got an even better deal than I already thought it was!

ISAIAH THOMAS: THE REAL FRIGGIN' DEAL. PLEASE BELIEVE IT.
Another season, and more adversity to persevere through. We will get the job done, even BETTER than last year. GO KNICKS!
