Me too Seb. I'm a Harrington fan too. I think he's a dynamite scorer and a think he was a pretty good dude (man I'm talking as if he's gone. LOL!). I never looked at him as a cancer. I looked at him as the team's best scorer and a guy that was looking to step up and be a leader here. I think D'Antoni really burst his bubble when he dropped him to the 2nd unit. Give Al credit though, he never complained about it and continued to play hard. Two things I don't get:
- People say he's a bad clubhouse guy. I never once got that impression. On the contrary, I think he's a good teammate.
- People say he's nothing more that a one on one guy that kills the on-the-court chemistry. Huh? What chemistry? We're a mess offensively almost ever trip up court. We've been operating basically w/o a competent PG for the whole year. I think it was a plus that we had Al out there to create for himself when these busted plays went nowhere time after time after time. He was very good at doing that - one of the best in the league actually. Guy was never afraid and wanted to be the man...
