yeah, i wanted him. charlotte has done a very nice job.

here's the bucher twitter:

Deal would be Thomas for Law, Murray and protected future 1st-round pick. Not done, but other suitors for Ty believe it will happen.

Sources say Cha is likeliest destination for Bulls' Ty Thomas right now, in exchange for expiring contracts. Flip Murray/Acie Law works.

we should make one deadline thread for all the minor trades that go down today.

Larry will hate this guy.

Didn't we hate larry once upon a time like we hate MDA?

i still say larry was worse.

i remember brown coveted tyrus thomas in the draft... must have been before he realized isiah had traded all his picks away.

yup. it's all just a circle-jerk here. if for once the fans would let the coach get his guys and quit bitchin in the meantime, things might actually work out. i am 100% convinced that if isiah just tried to get larry some of his guy and get rid of some of the guys he didn't want that it would have worked out here. so we fire him and now we're doing the same thing to miked.. what a cluster****.

If I was the bulls and they need extra scoring, then wouldn't Harrington be better now than a future protected first?

Hm. How about we stop hiring the "star" coach? How about we hire a young hungry coach or a coach that can develop young talent?

so im guessing a 'young hungry coach' is a guarantee to work out? kinda like how well tony barone, jeff bzdelik, mike montgomery, leonard hamilton, bill cartwright (i can go on forever here) worked out? i mean those guys are frothing at the mouth with success. the fans of this franchise would be ALL OVER the guy the same way they are over d'antoni, the same way they were over larry brown. it doesn't matter if you're a 'star' or 'young hungry' coach.

let these guys do what the need and stop raggin on them everytime they want or don't want something.

You dont need the 3rd highest paid coach in the league to rebuild. I dont think people would be complaining if the young guys were playing like Memphis did last year. I dont think the fans would be in an uproar to see Hughs, Jefferies, and Harrington play.

not bad deal, Bobcats upcoming
LBrown may mess this up if Thomas doesnt blend in.

I still want to trade Al Harrington and Duhon someplace though Al is more productive than the
useless Duhon.
