Wow. Lebron has got to be happy....and I think he will stay in Cleveland at least for another year. He has a players option for next year at $17.15 mil.

Antwan is a beast on the low. They have to be the prohibitive favorites now.

He got the guy he actually wanted for the last two years. Ferry for the win.

We're definitely getting Lebron. Antwan will not be the difference between him staying in Cleveland or not.

But dont sleep on Jamison. Cat can ball and now he's being placed right in the thick of a championship run for the first time in his career. We'll see what he does.

He's 34, tho?

Cleveland probably felt that Suns would wait until last minute on Amare deal so they had to get something done to keep LeBron happy.

So glad they aren't getting Amare...would have been a much better fit than Jamison.

Amare would have probably kept Lebron in Cleveland. Jamison will have no impact on whether he stays or goes.

Lebron isnt re-upping for the next 6 yrs with 34 yr old Jamison manning the PF position. Yes, Jamison is a baller but the guy is 34 yrs old. How much does he have left in his tank really?

I cant stop laughing. Dam I cant wait for July 1st.

Lebron and Bosh will be nice.

Jamison is 34 and Shaq isn't exactly a spring chicken. They will run deep into the playoffs no doubt, but do they have the horsepower to last the duration?

Seb. Lebron has been pushing management for two years to acquire Jamison why wouldn't that impact his staying in Cleveland?

Even if they win this year they have NOTHING.

Next year Jamison will be 35.

The only thing that could ruin this if Ferry and Kerr shadily work out a sign and trade for Amare using Jamison this summer. Otherwise Lebron will be wearing a Knick Jersey.

He's too old. He's not a running mate for years and years, although he might push them over the hump this year.

Jamison is a nice piece, no doubt. But I dont think playing with Jamison will factor at all in his decision to re-sign or not. Amare is a different story.

Possibly because its two years two late?

I'm talking about the fact that management deliver to him, the piece that he thinks that is best for him. It may not be what others think is best for him. He wanted the guy last year and ask management to go get him this year. They delivered. As per him, he is part of these discussions. Maybe has an issue with Amare, maybe not but this is the guy that he has been harping on for more than two years that was untouchable and now he has him. That's like Ewing waking up to find that the Knicks just deliver Mitch Richmond to him.

Someone else posted that LBJ has an option for one more year. He could stay the extra year and win two championships with Shaq and Jamison.

Jamison needs a lot of shots to be effective and has an efg % of only 48%, which isn't good at all for a PF. The only thing he really adds to Cleveland is the ability to shoot 3s.

I don't think he is a great fit for this team although they obviously have another weapon at their disposal.
