THIRD TRADE

Successful Trade Scenario
Congratulations on a successful trade.
Due to New York and Houston being over the cap, the 25% trade rule is invoked. New York and Houston had to be no more than 125% plus $100,000 of the salary given out for the trade to be accepted, which did happen here. This trade satisfies the provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

I could see this. Not bad Chaos. Don Nelson wants Gallo / Houston wants a young player in Hill and cap room / Phoneix wants cap room, good player and youth.

Get rid of Lee, Gallo, Chandler, Hill? WTF you smokin', holmes? That's our core to build around. Not that the trade ideas are bad, but it is all based on jettisoning our core players. I think adding Lebron and a second guy the following year is a much better bet.

I think our interest in T-Mac is not because of his game, rather his contract 23 mil expiring? As for the trades Amare/t-Mac and Ellis as our core would be the most fragile core ever. Amare has some questions as far as how much longer will those knees hold up. T-Mac's and Monta's bodies are probably held together with some rubber bands and chewing gum.
