Word on the street is that the Celtics are looking to trade Ray Allen and they are clearly in a win at all costs now mode. Do you think they would even consider a Jeffries, Curry, and Nate for Allen, Shelden Williams, and J.R. Giddens? Its clear that Nate and Jeffries could make significant contributions right now and maybe they can get something out of Curry. Allen, Giddens, and Williams all come off the books this year. This would be the ultimate salary dump, and if the Celtics are desperate enough they just might consider this. I would even throw in a lottery protected 1st round pick to get this done (I'm going to assume we are a very good team next year and have a bad draft pick).
