Why does this team still shy away from Gallo???????

Not that one loss makes me think we need to panic nor nitpick but for real why do our players

mostly our guards shy away from Gallo??

Why is he at best our third option? Or the guy who needs to force a shot late in the clock?

Dont want to hear he is not aggressive enough....... You aint watching if thats your answer.

Never seen a team and im talking our players DUDU more then anyone!! But Nate and Wilson too I have noticed!!

And really must be most of our players ..... Gallo has avg 10 . something shot attempts a game.....

That just does not make sense to me!!

KNICKS on the way UP!!!

I love Gallo with the rest of him but if hes most likely going to jack up a 3, theres probably better options out there.

What you don't want to hear is the truth. The Knicks game is sharing the basketball. Gallo is not aggressive, and until he demands the ball, nothing will change.
Alan Hahn: Nate Robinson has been on a ridonkulous scoring tear lately (remember when he couldn't hit Jerome James with a Big Mac in early January?)

I'm tellin u that a good PG would make sure that our best shooter got more shots!!! Gallo is playing within the team concept but just cuz he doesn't get selfish like Nate or Al and call his own No. Doesn't mean he should be ignored.

We have no PG period.
All the rest is just logical consequences.

Gallo has been getting GREAT position in the post ( and mostly against much smaller players) Yet never gets the ball
and I mean never!!!

nah i agree with JW. Although Gallo has a huge set of cojones (fish), he doesn't demand the ball or call for it.

i think that will come next year when some of these vets are off the team. i liken his situation to eli mannings. eli didn't really step up as a vocal leader until strahan, tiki and shockey were gone. once harrington, hughes, duhon and the host of others are gone, i think thats when gallo demands the rock offensively - right now he's just trying not to step on toes.

i think the problem is that gallo is so cross eyed, players don't know if he's ready to catch the ball...

I see his hand up at all times wanting the ball!!.......

I think the fact that coach has him on the three point line a lot to spread the floor people have mistaken that as
passive on Gallo's part...

Thanks to COSMIC I have most of the games downloaded and trust me Gallo wants the ball as much as anyone on this team.

Fact remains he gets the ball less then 5 other players on this team..... DUDU ( Who even though is playing better STILL SUCKS!!!))

D Lee ( no complaints here) Chandler ( again wont complain bout this one) AL ( which makes no sense at all since he is our bench player) Nate ( Again a bench player)....... When Hughes played he got the ball more as well ......

I think it has more to do with keep away then anything Gallo has done ...

When your hand is up on three point line is a way of asking for the rock!! Is it demanding? No but its a sign he is ready for the
ball and the opportunity to preform when he has it..

I cant see why he needs to demand it though..

The talent is obvious to anyone must be to his teammates as well no?........ What player this talented has been ignored in the past?

not on the just the Knicks but on any team?

Gallo even last year proved he can score..... Coach said he might be BEST shooter he has ever seen!!... Lebron came to this Kid before a game.... Not DUDU not AL not CHANDLER but to this kid not for any other reason then that even other players on other teams
notice....

Against the Celtics Peirce was going so hard on D to prevent Gallo cause he sees his talent too...

Yet he has yet to have a 20 attempt game?

20 shots just once?

Come on!!

Lee has Chandler has DUDU has!!! YUCK!!!........ Nate Al Hughes everyone but our most talented player just seems weird!!

He avgs 15 points a game on 10 shot attempts and only 1 turn over a game!!

Just think it would be logical to let him touch the ball much more!! Even bring it up the court some!!

does Kobe put his hand up when he wants the ball or does he demand it?

this isn't a knock on gallo, im the biggest gallo supporter on the forum. this is just the truth, he's a young player who needs to learn when to demand the ball.

Yes Kobe demands the ball and Gallo doesnt agreed...

Yet Gasol gets his touches!! As does Odem !! Even Bynum gets his hands on the ball without really having to demand the ball!!

Our team collectively other then Lee seems to be a little reluctant to let Gallo touch the ball!!
